What's a DOVIA or State Association?

Iowa DOVIAs

Serves Davenport/Bettendorf, Iowa and Moline/Rock Island, Illinois (Quad-Cities Metro Area) - Mississippi Valley DOVIA
Our chapter holds general membership meetings on the 1st Thursday in February, April, June, August, October and December from 11:30am-1pm. General meetings provide the opportunity to network with peers, take part in programs featuring a guest speaker from the community, and foster professionalism among leaders of volunteers and those interested in promoting volunteerism. Location for the meetings is the Bettendorf Iowa Public Library, 2950 Learning Campus Drive in Bettendorf, Iowa. During alternate months we hold executive board meetings and workshops at various locations. Membership is only $20 per year and allows you to take part in all group activities. Leadership opportunities exist on the board or as a committee member. We want to encourage anyone in our community who is interested in learning more about how a DOVIA membership can benefit you to contact us for more information.
