Volunteer and TNR Coordinator

Seeking a part-time (20 hours a week) Volunteer and TNR Coordinator to lead the agency’s volunteer program and to support the spay/neuter clinic. RMACA is looking for a self-starter with a dynamic personality to recruit, orient, train and reward volunteers. This position will ensure that volunteers follow RMACA policies and procedures and are ready to assist the agency’s outreach efforts and the spay/neuter clinic. The post will also support clinic operations by making surgery appointments, disseminating TNR (trap-neuter-return) educational materials, coordinating trapping assistance and managing the trap loan program. Other duties include database management and fundraising event support. Experience and/or an interest in humane feral cat management is a must. Salary: $12/hour.
