Introductory and Monthly Topics

 

Introductory Topics
Two introductory topics are available to introduce the basic concepts of volunteer management and prepare participants to take full advantage of the program.

  • Building the Foundation for Volunteer Involvement, Seminar
  • Focus on the Volunteer Program Manager: A Task Analysis of the Role and Its Significant Issues, Self-Instruction Guide

For Organizational Members
New organizational members begin their first two months of the program with the introductory topics listed above. After the first two months, organizations join the 36-topic cycle listed below. (The introductory materials will remain accessible to participants in the “Your Collection” area of the Everyone Ready Main Page for as long as you retain your membership.) 

For Individual Members
Individual members may begin their membership with the introductory topics by accessing them from the “Your Collection” area of the Everyone Ready Main Page and can continue to access them at any time. Individual members will begin with the regular schedule of Featured Topics (see the list below) on the 3rd Monday of the month following their enrollment.
